Position : Assistant Commandant

Salary : Rs 15600-39100 + Rs 5400/- ( Around Rs 56100/- per month as per 7th pay commission) + Allowances .

No of Posts : 179 { BSF – 28 , CRPF – 65 , CISF – 23 , SSB – 63 }

Eligibility Criteria :

Both Male and Female can apply for this post
Educational Qualification : Graduate degree from a recognised university
Age Limit : A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on 1st August, 2017, i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1992 and not later than 1st August, 1997 { relaxable for reserved classes }

Selection Process :

Written Test
- Objective Type General Ability and Intelligence Test ( 250 Marks , 125 Questions ) – Negative marking of 1/3rd per wrong answer
- General Studies , Essay and Comprehension ( 200 Marks ) – Only candidates who qualify in Objective test are subjected to the evaluation of this part
PET and Medical Test ( only qualifying )
Interview (150 Marks )
